When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. During peak periods or sale events, please allow up to 5 business days for your artisanal pieces to be packed with care.
What is your return policy for homewares?
We offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been removed from its packaging.
